About Us

The parent company, F.O. International CO., LTD. was founded in Kobe, Japan in 1998. In just 11 years, we have become the largest baby and children's clothing companies in Japan with 152 stores nationwide. In addition to our Japanese presence, we operate 40 stores in China and maintain a robust wholesale business with over 1200 distributions. Our clothes are based on our core values--providing the highest quality of specialty clothes and service at reasonable prices. We aim to provide our customers with what we call "total fashion"--comfortable, safe clothing with high functionality that can keep up with ever-growing kids. We opened our first NYC store in 2008, confident our concepts would be appreciated by parents with small children in urban areas.

 Although children’s clothing is our main focus, we also promote family-style fashion with our cute, funky, household items such as tableware. In addition, we hope to be a center point for all sorts of family events and the place of origin for valuable information and tips for parents concerning child-rearing and care. We want to make our store not just a simple retail space, but a enjoyable and exciting place for parents and children alike, making it look and feel as though you've walked into a big toy box flipped upside down. We also provide an area in the store where kids can play with toys so that parents can take their time, and have fun picking out items. Our restroom can easily be converted into a diaper changing station and breast feeding area so that parents and children can have a relaxing and rewarding shopping experience. 

   Currently, there are three collections that are featured on bitzkidsnyc.com (and in our Manhattan storefront), which introduce completely different looks.
