RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your bitzkidsnyc.com online purchase, you can send it back to us in its original condition within 21 days of the purchase date.
 

The Item(s) returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags and packaging. Any damages must be reported within 21 days of the purchase date for a refund and/or replacement.

All sale items and undergarments and hosiery are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.
 

We recommend package be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full item(s) such as USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for missing package.
 

Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 21 days of the purchase date and must be sent prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
 

The original Item(s) are received at us, you will receive a credit in the purchase price of the item(s) minus shipping costs. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your refund to post on your account.
 

Unfortunately we cannot refund any shipping costs. The customer have to pay for the shipping cost of both ways(Return and Exchange item(s)). Shipping costs will only be refunded for damaged item(s).
 

If you purchased your item(s) at our store, please contact the store for store’s returns/exchanges policy. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for item(s) purchased at a store.
 

Merchandise purchased through the website may also be returned to a BIT’Z KIDS with the original packing slip. To receive a refund, please bring a photo ID and credit card that match the name and billing information on the packing slip. 

A refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

On the form, please fill in:

.  Order number
.  Bill-to name
.  Daytime phone number
.  Item number, Description, Color, Size, Quantity, Price
.  Returns / Exchanges reason code
 

For replace / exchange, please fill in the section for new items you’d like shipped to you.

Print the form and include it with your package. Returns / Exchanges will not be accepted without the form.
