After a while, you will notice that eating low-calorie foods will make you feel much better and full of energy.

Power shake with avocado and green matcha tea
- 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1/2 cup of yogurt
- 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 tsp stevia
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
How is it done:
Whisk the matcha tea and hot water together in a small bowl. Then set the mixture aside.
Cut the peeled avocado into pieces and put them in the blender. Then add the yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and stevia.
Fold in the almond milk and matcha tea mixture and mix until it is even and frothy.
Serve it chilled and enjoy with a clear conscience!
Strawberry and spinach salad with raspberry dressing
- 1/4 cup of slivered almonds
- 2 tbsp raw sugar
- 300 g of loose spinach leaves
- 1 cup of fresh sliced strawberries
for the dressing:
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of paprika
How is it done:
Fry the almonds and sugar in a large pan over a low heat until the nuts are coated with the melted sugar. Then put the mass on a foil and break into pieces.
Combine the spinach, strawberries and candied almonds in a wide salad bowl. In a tightly closing mason jar, mix the ingredients for the dressing and shake vigorously. Pour it over the salad. Serve immediately. Bon Appetit!
Low carb chicken breast fillet with Swiss chard
- 2 medium-sized pieces of chicken breast fillet
- 2 red peppers
- 1 fresh organic zucchini
- 1 organic pumpkin
- 1 onion
- 8 fresh Swiss chard leaves
- Pinch of sea salt and pepper
- Avocado oil
How is it done:
Cut the breast fillet into bite-sized pieces and set them aside.
Wash and cut the vegetables and set them aside again.
Pour a little avocado oil into the wok and heat over a medium flame.
Fry the chicken breast fillet on both sides for about 10-15 minutes until it turns nice and brown.
Then add the peppers, zucchini, squash and onions and cook for about 5 minutes.
Fold in the chard and steam until the leaves collapse. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve dinner hot. Let it taste for you!
